India's Animal Feeds and Feed Ingredients (QC) Order, 2026 (S.O. 5576(E), 7 Oct 2026) mandates BIS certification for mineral mixtures (IS 1664), feed-grade dicalcium phosphate (IS 5470) and common salt/cattle licks (IS 920) from 1 April 2027. It covers domestic output and imports; exports are excluded.
